Booking Conditions and How to Pay

Payment of deposit or full payment for an escorted or independent tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained in this site.

All rates are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of hotel insurance, city/tourist fee and VAT tax in effect at present.
We are not responsible for any additional fees for money transfers or credit card transactions assessed by your local bank.

BOOKING PROCEDURES AND TERMS  OF PAYMENT:
A 30%  nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking. Balance payment is due one month before the tour starting date.

PAYMENT
Magic Tours accepts bank money transfers, and also payments by credit cards Visa and MasterCard. A credit card authorization form will be required and faxed back to our fax number ++ 359-2-9522266. For security purposes we require a photocopy of your credit card, your signature, billing address and phone number. No second-party credit cards will be accepted.

CANCELLATION: if you or any member of your party has to cancel your booking, we must be informed by telephone or e-mail  immediately.  The  cancellation  only  takes  effect  from  the  date at  which  the  notification  reaches  us,  and  the following cancellation penalties apply:

Cancel fewer than 31days prior to program start date: loss of full cost of the tour.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken.

INSURANCE

Health, accident, luggage, trip cancelation, trip-interruption and travel delay insurance is strongly recommend.

DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be issued according to the specifics of the services included in your tour.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by private car, van, minibus or motor coach depending on the size of the traveling party.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR RATES
Published rates in this site do not include flight costs, any expenses in connection with passport and visa procedures, any entrance fees payable at admission sites, unless otherwise stated, any meals not specified in the itineraries, any personal expenses at the hotels and the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are at guests discretion.

RESPONSIBILITY
Magic Tours is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. Please note that all of the providers of services included in our tours act as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. However, all of the services provided bear our responsibility for quality service, which we guarantee to provide to all of our customers. All travel documents issued by Magic Tours are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Bulgaria. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, we will be then responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any resulting difference resulting from customer's choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried at the owner's risk and luggage insurance is recommended.
